Booked double room with an iron/ironing board, TV and a dining area. Very amiable and extremely helpful staff, provided useful info. There was free Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was excellent. The property's location was exceptionally nice, to pubs. What's more, it was right by local attractions and places for food and music, Trim and Trim Castle, and several excellent restaurants in Trim.

The owners, Mary and her husband, were cute and made me feel right at home. They were really good too accommodate my arrival and departure times. The house and room were immaculate and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the ensuite bathroom and the comfortable bed. Mary even made us the best breakfast I've had in Ireland, including delicious black pudding. it was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

On a chilly evening, she even provided a hot water bottle for my wife. Plus, she helped me get a parking ticket reversed! The house itself is beautiful with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is convenient for exploring the town and nearby tourist spots. The room was super clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast, especially the black pudding, was delicious. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this guesthouse.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The wifi was strong, and the view from our window was nice. The hotel was located near the river and we enjoyed the walk around the area. We were also able to find a couple of restaurants nearby that were open during the Easter weekend.
The staff was not friendly, and we felt unwelcome during our stay. The hotel lacked basic amenities like toiletries and towels.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a cozy and homely feel. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. - the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.
The staff could have been more friendly and welcoming, as their demeanor was a bit cold and unwelcoming. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved, as there were some areas that seemed dusty and not properly cleaned.
